Keystone XL wouldn't have changed a thing. Canadian oil is expensive and bad.

We use over 20 million barrels of oil a day so I dunno how much real world help this will be. Makes it sound like Biden is trying though? So maybe some political help..

I heard 'sour oil'(which I take to mean bad) so yeah just a show. It's good he got cooperation from other countries though.
