You Can't See Your Target From Here
I'm in Oasis, fear kiting on my necro, on Blue. Half the time I cast on a caiman/ crocodile that is underwater, while I'm underwater, I get the message you can't see your target from here. Yet, I have a clear unobstructed view of the mob.
I get that that message appears if I'm out of the water, but this shouldn't be happening while I'm underwater with the mob.
