Count every day u can just sit down and relax while the shit just slides right out without horrible cramps and awful paralysis a blessing. Each day is a fucking blessing. Spend it in gratitude and simply take that opportunity to do the right thing. Because pretty soon you will lose that option and you'll be relying on everyone else.
