Videri's right: hotkeys are classic, and the pet window will almost certainly never be added to Green ...
... but don't forget that Green has a shelf life, and it when it "expires" the characters on it will likely be moved to a server with pet windows. Give it 1-2 years

That part's not the whole story; they
also kept it (and custom UIs) because both were added right after the classic era, and so were "almost" classic. There have been many other (
not close-to-classic) features that were removed here and generated similar rage, but the staff didn't (and won't) restore them.
