Hi Everyone,

I tried to complete the reaper of the dead quest on February 12th, 2022 around noon with a troll shaman who had amiable faction with the dead. I received a positive response from Loveal, experience, and faction adjustments, but there was a line stating "no such item: 0" and I did not receive the reaper. This was my first time completing the quest and I did not know that there was a known bug prior. I thought that a 20% failure might be "normal" now since the ring of the dead is no longer being awarded so I attempted it a second time and had the same result. I made a petition in-game, but I wanted to make a post here as well so everyone would know that it is broken.

Is petitioning in-game and posting here the best method to seek reimbursement for my lost items or are there other steps that I should take? Also, I know the reaper is lore, but since I quested twice and lost items, is there any way for me to be reimbursed with the reaper and my lost mallet head/hilt so that I can complete the second turn in when the quest is fixed?
