Yes, they do kill black people disproportionately relative to their percentage of the population, because black people commit more violent crime disproportionately relative to their percentage of the population. When somebody commits a crime, generally the cops arrive because the victim of that crime called the cops. Usually that person is arrested without incident, but sometimes sadly they end up getting killed by the cops almost always due to their own poor choices and actions.

You tend to see that poverty is the factor not race.
But god forbid the right gives or supports government programs to reduce poverty. Don’t Tax me or the rich; that’s all you care about.
