In 1994 nato could have rearmed them with brand new nukes. And continually upgraded them. They didn't tho. Probably because it would have really been too close to Russia so the football codes would be out flapping in the wind. It may even have backfired.

There are actual charities to donate, you could donate actual food and supplies. You could help the refugees in Poland. You can do stuff. You can respect the Ukrainians and their choices. You can learn about Putin and Russia and Ukraine for starters.
Just check and do your homework before you throw money at people or institutions or anything.
And ya NATO. That is one helluva discussion above my paygrade. Except I can say they clearly failed to defend Ukraine even tho it isn't their technical responsibility or technically their legal right. I have no idea. This should not have happened. It's where my gnosis ends.
Except clearly world leaders, bankers, money launderers, energy companies, line drawers, beurocrats, young U.N. doctors, and especially Putin is fucking up. Remember it's not black and white and there are as many shades of dumb and bad as there are of good and right. Ineffective and effective.
Most people I know personally will not take this opportunity to even reflect on their own lives or how they may have even ever so slightly contributed to the present moment. We all did practically though. Because really there is no "us" or "me" that's a silly ass illusion.
