I didn’t say deny asylum to all refugees. I say we should reject all the ones that don’t qualify for the legal reasons, persecution by one’s gov’t or for one’s faith. Not because my country is poor or has too much crime or running from the climate monster
I know you disagree with that and I don’t care. So we can skip that, or u can say it. They should be allowed asylum because their country has too much crime, they want to make more money, or they’re fleeing the climate monster, or any goddamn reason. Cool, we can agree to disagree there
