Free speech permits you to stand outside of a speaking event with placards chanting peacefully in protest. Not to intimidate people attempting to attend the event, and especially not to barge in and start yelling like spoiled obnoxious brats who think they know better than you do what you should hear.

Like technically we have the right to free assembly, so technically I could gather up a bunch of other tall people, then surround someone in public in a circle preventing them from seeing where they are going, so long as we don’t restrict their movement. Then we can all scream obscenities in their face and we’re just exercising our right to assemble and speak
