There is one for each city I think. I specifically remember talking to the one in Cabilis after they showed up when I played on Live.

Not sure if I should post this or not, as I am uncertain if he is mentioned in
another post (and I'm far too lazy to look through them). I also have
absolutely no clue what he does, aside from what he's told me.

In any case, Vorshar the Despised can be found in the Toadstool in the Neriak
Foreign Quarter (or was that Commons? One of those two). When you hail him
and say the appropriate key phrases (I think the first is 'Why were you
selected') he goes on to speak of how he played a prime role in preventing the
Teir'Dal from joining some short lived goody goody alliance. For this role he was
chosen by Innoruuk. I gather that this was some few hundred years ago. He says
he had been brought back - for what reason he doesn't know, but he also
doesn't doubt Innoruuk's will. In the end, he says he's searching for another to
join with him as one of Innoruuk's chosen. Eventually he says you need to bring
him a 'token,' a coin or amulet, but makes no mention of where to find this
token or even what it is.

My guess is he is intermediary in a quest, possibly an evil cleric quest (the cleric
guild in Neriak awards token amulets as a sign of their rank and devotion).
Perhaps at some point you give him one of these amulets?

To end - and I realize this is probably a fairly long post - I was wondering what
exactly this man is used for or in, where does it start, what the limitations are
(class/race), and what level you'd have to be for it?

As a Shadowknight, I'm a little anxious to get into quests. So far I've only three
suitable for them: Kill Sir Lindeal, retrieve Thex Mallet, and out Epic quest. Any
information would be much appreciated.
