If you are on a tight budget, I would go with 2 ykesha clubs or a warhammer/club. That seems to be the best combo that I found, personally, when I was looking for a RMoY. It seems like the warhammer has a pretty nice proc rate overall. This is all based off "feeling" but it felt like the warhammer procced more often than the war club.
