Blue was never limited to 6 hotkeys so it never encountered that specific issue. However, some other era reversions on Blue remained broken long after their respective timelines expired, like monk H2H skill or hybrid defense. Those types of era modifications seem to be a consistent source of trouble for P1999. Presumably it's a difficult item to get right.
