Won't let me read it. During bush both parties started to just say lets just spend everything and put everything we both want in the bills than we are all happy! This practice exploded during the Obama years and is the reason for the formation of the "tea party" of the republicans.
I always root for a government shutdown whenever they raise the debt celling again. Never hear about cutting spending.
