No one really cares I'm sure, but I'm frustrated because I absolutely loved project 1999 around 2015. I loved just having a somewhat modern ui/sky etc with the old school mechanics. That was ALL I needed... I don't know why they wanted to progressively make the experience worse over time but I absolutely can't even find enjoyment in this project anymore.

I hate these clear blocks all over my screen. This isn't even remotely a classic ui so I don't get why I have to play with this. Also, my game lags a ton due to the dynamic lighting change even though I have a good pc. They could have just left a good thing as it was but they had to mess it up. I also kind of hate a bunch of stuff they did with buffs timers/dots/colors around mob target boxes but I could have let those things go... the game just sucks in its current state. No way in hell I would ever introduce someone to p99 n 2022 even though back in 2015 I got people to play with me all the time.
What's disturbing about this is, these changes (or some of the significant graphics, UI and etc.) happened extremely late in the life span of Blue.

Even though Blue was a lost cause as far as matching the timeline was concerned
Then they almost put salt in the wound by forcing these mechanics on us in Green
I get that they can stand behind the 'It's classic' however the amount of non classic things they pushed (and some that no one wanted or were necessary) makes it all very hypocritical. On balance one might have thought that since we've had nearly ten years of it being one way, launching another server only to subject us to uncomfortable things is not a way to interest players.

People talk a large game though it's doubtful that not being able to tab target or see your pet's health/pet window, was some how a real selling point to them for green vs blue
In summary, green turned out to be blue, yet worse
