I used to be heartily against teams, but ol Nilbog had the East vs West teams concept like a hundred years ago and it seemed like a viable way to balance two different teams.

But I'd look at the class / race makeup on actual green and blue servers and see how people play each class to try to make it as balanced as possible because some people are just going to follow their prefered Race and I'd wanna make sure that the teams makeups don't guarantee one team is weak just because some of the favorite races are on one team and not the other, despite being mechanically balanced.

But p99 team has that data and could balance accordingly.
