Being concerned for the possibility would be a valid concern for a Justice, enough to force them to keep their family inside their home for their own safety. Same as the concern for their home being vandalized while they sleep. That’s intimidation. Fear is subjective, and I don’t consider it an unreasonable fear that an angry mob of people could cause harm to my family or home. You don’t have to explicitly announce “I am here to harm your family” for someone to be worried about the possibility
So you're less okay with peaceful protests outside of homes than a violent riot on our nation's capital. Got it.

I’ve frequently called Jan 6 a riot and will attack any form of political intimidation by angry mobs when I see it
