human remains.
So is it a fetus or is it human? Pro-choice advocates often say that a fetus isn't a baby yet, it's just a fetus. So can you be charged with desecrating the human remains of something that isn't even a baby/child/human yet? And if it is a human, how can we as a civilized society allow the killing of them because it might be inconvenient or disrupt life's plans to raise them?
