Reimbursements have always lagged months behind. People are volunteers. If I were a staff member do you think the first thing I'd want to do after a long day at work is sit there filtering through logs to reimburse you because you were an idiot and put something in a summoned bag and logged out? Or didn't pay attention when you were vendoring?

Solution is simple: Don't be an idiot. Or if you do make a dumb mistake, then be patient.
