No. Police do not " Bust " Anyone. If you are thinking of amazing cases of crimes solved. Those are detectives.
Police are the spear head sent to enforce whatever they are told. Supreme court has ruled they do not need to be aware or understand the laws they are enforcing, and cannot be held liable for gross neglect unless caught RED HANDED and even then after months of pandering.
