Fourthmeal repeatedly broke this rule (about posting in the wrong forums on purpose). He was warned and disciplined multiple times for it. Despite all this he broke the rule again and yet is only suspended for a month.

Most of you don't have any problems with this, not sure why he did. I gave him tons of leeway.
