Lagarn's Lamentation blocking Mez
For about 16 seconds after casting Lagarn's Lamentation (ranged stun) on a target you are unable to mez it. Message "Your spell did not take hold" comes up. As far as I am aware only mez spells should interfere with other mez spells (which is also broken on this server as far as I am told).
