Double homicide or murder of a pregnant woman still does not justify calling it a baby.
There is a entire case in Arizona where they are trying to give 'fetal personhood' to a fetus (embryo or fertilized egg).
To break it down so even Jibartik can understand... they are trying to actually create
the policy mandates that "hundreds of civil and criminal provisions be 'interpreted and construed' to 'acknowledge' the rights of fertilized eggs, embryos, and fetuses at any stage of development.
