Just add oil to the list. No reason to even debate that it'd have less of an impact on the economy in terms of stifling the market as making medicine a right would.

Also insurance is a scam and shouldn't exist in a for profit structure, so that one is part of the goverment too.
America has done one thing: defined what the next goverment on mars should be like (what I am describing)
