I kept that spell on my bar all the time. Keep decent MR and you can lockdown any train. just standup target something and start casting. MR buff and a couple MR items is all you really need.
After 57 you dont get hit by it as far as I can remember and it's basically like aoe stun at that point that lasts what, 45 seconds? 30?
I love that spell!
yeah like the other says, when someone pulls like 5 things and bam you just lock em all down it feels good
