Torpor is a garbage tool for healing charm pets. I've played both enchanter and shaman at high level on P99. It doesn't even come CLOSE to the effectiveness of CH. The vast majority of this trio's damage output is charm and most of the rest of it is monk DPS. Both of which you are attack speed slowing just to heal them for less than CH heals for. That trio would instantly get significantly stronger by replacing the shaman with a cleric. Don't get me wrong. That trio is still strong. Any duo or trio with an enchanter is automatically strong. The question isn't "what's a strong trio with shaman in it?". You've once again lost track of what the question at hand is.

You completely missed my point about trios, and it is silly you think a conversation about group compositions can't include discussing... group compositions.
If Torpor was so bad it couldn't be used in a trio, why is Shaman/Monk/Enchanter one of the strongest trios out there? Because CHing pets isn't the end-all-be-all of groups, and nobody has argued otherwise. The fact that CHing pets is superior to Torporing them doesn't mean that is sufficient reason to exclude a Shaman, and it is proven by the Shaman/Monk/Enchanter combo. It really isn't necessary. I have been in plenty of groups with an Enchanter where I was the primary healer, no Cleric at all.
You don't understand you can fully heal a pet quickly by breaking charm/lulling/membluring them and letting them recover if you want fast recovery. You can also have a pocket cleric lol.

If shamans were truly as good in every situation as DSM implies there would be entire guilds full of shamans fielding 50-72 player all shaman raids lol

No. Comparing raiding to grouping is just nonsense lol. This is probably your worst argument yet. I am not sure why you think my arguments are translating into raiding at all.
