That in 30 years, that home will not be buyable by the type of person that should live in it: a starter family.
It will be sold to some shitty rich asshole, or even worse, rented to a starter family.

That's because the most progressive areas were the areas where there were no homes, so everyone wanted to move there.
Now you're expecting them to go backwards.
And this isnt about the poor being entitled, it's about hard working menials not being able to own homes today their parents could with worse paying jobs, and it only getting worse, because that's how the system is designed to work.
