Dude, yeah sure there are microwaves now, and people are sending private rockets to space, and we're inventing amazing things, yeah overall lfie is great.
But if that's all you have to say to me saying: The housing market is untennable, millinials are already at their breaking point with the cost of living, and the system has nothing in palce to adress this issue.
Then idk, understand those two things are not related: Things are better yes. But buying a home is much, much, harder, and only going to get harder.

You are so upset that you seem to think comparing the fact that we'eve invented solar power since the 1970s some how makes up for the fact that kids today cant buy homes and have no plan to at all because they need to quit their entire life and become a paramedic in alaska (or wherever it was you suggested) if they want to.
Im not whining, Im saying we need to vote so that YOU have to pay around 500k a year in taxes to own those homes you are so proud of.
