The entire economic boom genx (boomer 2) was able to feed off of came out of youth driven innovation in technology and entertainment, basically mining all those kids that went to college putting the cost on their backs in the future with student debt.
And you think everyone becoming a paramedic and joining the military's is going to solve this problem? No. We need the youth to want to work so we can all benefit from it.
The problem is the youth made the economy boom, and then the old people stole all the money and spent it on disposable waste rather than investing for their kids futures.
They pumped the economy with their student loan educations, then they gave the rich all the money they earned back in the form of student loans, it was a win win for the boomers and boomer 2's who just enjoyed soaring stocks, and all the fun new tech toys they were buying with the money they made from them, and disposing into the landfills.
And the mellinials are mostly fucked because of that.
And their kids, I am saying, are doomed.
