It's not a bias. The fact is stick shifts don't sell anymore and the C8's automatic transmission performs better.

The fact is manufacturers removed them as automatics became standard because you have to learn them. They also have promises for an all EV future, EV's do not have manual transmissions so it wouldn't make any sense to have them.
