Private schools are also not funded by the government and not under any jurisdiction of the dept of education. You'll have to take that up with the schools owner.
I dont know what you learned in sex ed but I learned how to put on a condom, what STD's look like, signs of infection, and how sex works. Penis into vagina, blah blah. Wet dreams, masturbation, all of it was discussed. Nobody got groomed or abused either.
