Thats PatChapp. Could you elaborate on the camps or named that can be done without Dictate? It's on my list to get, just can't afford it currently. I wondered about the faction part, and how people with ally faction can kill without dropping to KOS, or at least lowering it dramatically. Do you have to compensate fighting in Chardok by keeping up faction and turning in more skins/salts occasionally?
