No one holding a camp needs to (or should be) maintaining anything beyond who is immediately next. If I'm camping something and Soandso is next, and someone else asks to get on the list. This, I message the next guy and it's his problem whether he's there fast enough to take the camp or not. If he takes 10 mins to log in and someone has taken it in the meantime, tough shit
