First person to post Helsia in Illia's SG page. While the first comment about Helsia I see is Nov 20 2001, the first reference to her on Illia's is March 2002.
As for Elna spawn location:
Took a group to the well and she spawned at the top of the stair case in the well.

We just finished up in SG tonight and found another named mob right near the Mistress. Her name started w/ a Hel___ something. Conned level 60. Dropped a bow 25/55 war/rang effect: sirens embrace (or something like that). We determined this is a type of snare effect.
