My research says bow dmg is ungamebreaking. May not be right butt isn't horribly broken.
Either roll a max dex TRL
Or a max AGI elf.

My half elf has good natty AGI and dex ) p cool.
Hopefully it will get tweaked to be more classic one day with solid evidence backing it up. It's no worse than channeling code. Ac. Or parry/riposte accuracy curve.
