anyway it's fine to eat cheeseburgers every now and again, for most people. the real harm from red meats and saturated fat is when it becomes a common thing to eat.
if you limit yourself to 3 portions (about the size of a deck of cards) or 490g (number from the World Cancer Research Fund) of red meat if you like to weigh your food like me per week you greatly reduce any potential harm!
