As an enchanter player, I've always done the Stein of Moggok quest a few extra times to make money for spells + some cheap CHA gear (
https://wiki.project1999.com/Exotic_Drinks). Apparently you can do it as early as level 4 with a dark elf enchanter. Unless you bum ports, doing a cash camp like nybright sisters is probably more time efficient, especially since you are also gaining exp.
