the first of March marked me at officially 80 lbs down from my peak, which was 420, and now at 340. I'm reaching a point where I can actually start going to a gym finally and work on cardio/stamina, which is kinda nonexistent for me. I can see the veins running along my forearms now, it's kinda cool
