If this footage has not been seen, but other footage has, footage that was used to present a particular narrative and seek the maximum possible legal penalties, then the very worst you can accuse Tucker of doing is fighting fire with fire, and doing the exact same thing back

It sounds like to me he is saying “how dare Tucker present cherry picked footage that the government cherry picked to not present before?”
