even a miniscule chance for the 20th person on the list to receive the item is gonna piss off alot of people

/list as implemented did suck, however one cannot argue against it's logic, first in line, first to receive, sorry you don't have free time
a total revamp of legacy loot is required, frankly legacy items simply should not exist
file this with the "I want luclin content" threads
this isn't the server for that
