Probably Hp gear and jboots until manapool is a dealbreaker (mainly for coths). At some point leveling up on a spawn or two even the largest gas tank give you the same med time. More mana is just more emergency nuking to fall back on for longer med breaks.
Pack jboots and some crystalline root nets. Those will save you more than anything. That and gnome-wall-vision.
