I did Oosva and Jacker in Neriak. Like others said, nothing will be great as xp on a solo rogue but it works. I recommend buying 3-4 Stalking Probes, carry 500pp. Use probe to engage the mobs and take the Harm Touch. Then attack them, when they cast you can squeeze a backstab. Then you can recharge your Probes, buy bandages on nearest vendors.
