Posts on allah alone go as far back as 2000, and the item "pic" looks legit, to be honest it's the exact same stats as a helm of rile, and from what I remember it's supposed to be on his loot table just like the robe is on Qwuinn/Zephyl
For the level of the mob, difficulty, exclusivity and considering his contemporaries it seems like this should be a drop reward.
