I'm currently trying to pimp nasty out my little enchanter, and am trying to do the Incandescent Gloves quest:

I'm curious, has anyone done this on P1999 before? If so can you please provide any insight into the P1999 spawn info? The P1999 wiki has no information on it, and on Allakhazam it's spotty as to whether it's back in Cazic Thule or outside in the Feerrott.
