3 boxing might not be game breaking, but it sucks.
seeing someone playing 3 characters first of all is just immersion breaking, it also destroys the whole traditional group dynamic imho.
is it still grouping with 5 other player characters? yeah. but its just one other person. it's not the same experience.
it also encourages me to do the same if I want to have all the edges possible in the game like the other players. and we all know EQ is all about getting every edge you can.
the bottom line is boxing doesnt feel like everquest at all. maybe for players who have always boxed it feels like home? but not for someone who never did.
idk what kind of intelligence or maturity i need to gain or stumble upon to enjoy it but it's not happening.



so with all that said i'm looking forward to quarm. idk if it's going to replace p99 for me, but i'm open minded to check it out.
I also don't think it's a bad thing that secrets is doing some p99 type changes. tbh I bet 75% of the quarm player base is gonna be p99ers...might as well hit your target audience.
