Ok so I could only think of one completely useless zone that kinda fits my idea and it was Kerra.
The Kerra Ridge zoneline is now the POH zoneline. I was thinking about making the warrens POAir but it's currently disabled by expansion.
Only other problem is it isn't level restricted so Erudites beware.
