Why make this thread acting like they're not sure why those toons are there and whether it's allowed?

I mean, I've been around P99 for a while, but I still don't really know shit about what people are doing most of the time. Never really been involved in the raiding scene (raided a handful of times with FoH a long time ago, but that's it). And if AFKing for days or weeks on end is not allowed, it's strange how often I see people doing it. I don't think CSR cares at all about AFK characters.
