I'm going to offer an alternative view.
blue isn't changing, green is easily twice as big as blue.
blue will die off eventually simply because more people play green.
both servers are now at equal timelines, and there's no reason for anyone to play on blue.
Now you have a choice, new or old, between blue and green.
Green has sustained more people.
Blue will fringe out and green will become the new blue.
That's just life.
