I think I thought, most of the people are going to be the old time hardcore players who know everything and I would just be a total newbie in everyone's hair.
Also, is it worth me trying? I don't remember much of EQ, it was goodness so many years ago. I did enjoy it and wanting to play a bard again - but like I said, it was sooo long ago.

I think you will find the players in game to be friendly and helpful especially in the starting areas. Play a bard, or whatever you want, have fun
