I was able to kind-of search and find one other with this issue. it's like a whole row of pixels is removed from the line of text for the whole screen. Its about every 20% of the screen there is a line that removes a pixel of the characters in any text, even the login screens.
I think I can fix by going fullscreen and back, but that can crash the game.
