I dusted off P99 and am trying to get everything running correctly.
I downloaded the upscaled velious ui because I'm playing on my first 4k monitor.
I am running the P99 Lite client on Windows 10.
It is looking great and running great. For the first time ever I don't seem to have the issue where I would always crash on logout.
Here is my problem. When ever I log in my keybinds and interface setup is reset to default. The other smaller problem I have is the button to finish creating a new character is missing.
It has me really puzzled. Any know how to fix this?

Have you tried running as administrator? The bit about your UI stuff not saving could (hypothetically) be because EQ doesn't have "write permissions" on that folder, so it can't edit the eqclient.ini to save things.
No clue about the button being missing, but "Run as Administrator" is one of those things that fixes a variety of issues, so it might even help with that.
